Prevention Projects
Here, you will find an overview of my Prevention Projects, aimed at different age groups. Each one of those projects is driven by my deep personal commitment.
The projects aim to prevent mental health difficulties by fostering greater awareness of lifestyle choices and a deeper understanding of well-being. It uses psychoeducation as an effective tool to enhance mental health awareness and to empower individuals. Here is an insightful article on the importance of psychoeducation: Psychoeducation: Enhancing Mental Health Awareness and Empowering Individuals
I’m excited to share insights from my practical experience and academic knowledge in an engaging, accessible way through well-structured workshops, developed in collaboration with various organisations.
Hello Brain ! (age group: 6 to 8)
This project aims to support children’s mental and emotional well-being through fun and engaging learning. The inspiration comes from the growing need for early mental health support in Luxembourg, where rising rates of psychiatric challenges among young people have highlighted the importance of prevention and education: RTL prevalence article here. I am very privileged to lead this small team. We have ran a very successful session on 6th of July after which parents have given us positive feedback. We look forward to continuing the Project and fulfilling this dream program in the future: Program | Hello Brain
