About
My name is Lidiya,
My academic journey has taken me through various degrees and trainings, all related to human development and well-being. These include, but are not limited to: a research Master’s in Behavioural Interventions at the University of Oxford, a practical Psychology (Conversion) degree at the University of Glasgow, a Mindfulness Teaching certification from the UK College London, Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mentoring and Coaching from the Institute of Counselling in Glasgow, and additional trainings in grief support.
I’m committed to staying up to date with the latest developments in psychology. I love learning, so I read widely and am currently continuing my studies with a two-year specialisation in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with diagnostics at the University of Paris in French.

I’m a psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS),
with qualifications officially recognised by the Ministry of Education in Luxembourg. I am trained and certified in using psychometric tests in educational, forensic, and occupational settings, and I combine this with a broad background in both psychology and education. Alongside my work in psychology, I’m also accredited to teach at preschool, middle, and high school levels and know how to lead psychoeducational workshops both for adults and children.
